These terms govern use of the HMFICers + Tink operations portal and related SMS notifications. By using this service, authorized staff and opted-in recipients agree to these terms.

Service Purpose

This portal provides store operations tools for assembly and delivery scheduling, internal workflow visibility, and customer-facing transactional updates.

Authorized Access

• Only authorized store and operations personnel may access portal accounts.
• Users must protect credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
• Activity may be logged for security and audit purposes.

SMS Program Terms

• Message frequency varies by order activity and delivery status updates.
• Message and data rates may apply based on recipient carrier plans.
• Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for support.
• SMS content is transactional and tied to customer order service updates.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use this service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive messaging.
• Do not submit prohibited content or send messages without required consent.
• Do not attempt to interfere with service security or availability.

Availability and Changes

Service features may change over time. We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or compliance requirements.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages arising from service use.
